When will I get paid from Able?
Payments will be processed on the first business day of each month, however, please allow 7 business days for the payment to reach your Stripe account.
Do I get paid for trial clients?
Yes, you will get paid for a client starting the day they get assigned to you (you will see them under your "Clients" tab in your dash) including all clients in their 7-day free trial.
Which clients do I get paid for?
You will get paid for all Active clients. Active clients are clients that engage within the app (logging, messaging you, etc.). Active clients become Inactive if they have not interacted or opened the app after 14 days. You will not get paid for Inactive clients starting from this point.
