Retention is key.

Your goal is to retain clients and help them to feel encouraged and satisfied they are making progress on their health journeys. Clients will be asked to review their coach after their initial call or 10 messages - whichever comes first. They will then be asked to review you on a consistent basis going forward.

How can this help you as a coach?

You will be able to see the feedback from your clients in the Able for Coaches app. This will allow you to gauge where you might need to change how you work with a client in order to enhance the rapport you have with them.

Coaches that consistently have a rating of 3.9 or below will not be considered a good fit for Able.
